How to configure Team Viewer for remote technical support

Before using TeamViewer, you must create a free account.

You can create a free account using your email to take full advantage of the team viewer. After accepting the terms, it finishes the setup and shows you the ID and password. You can even connect with your partner by knowing their ID and password. ID and password exchange is necessary to remote control the other system. After placing your Partner ID, simply click connect to Partner.

Remotely access your computer from another device

1) Repeat the installation instructions in Step 1 on the computer you would like to use to control the remote computer. You will need to log in with your previously created TeamViewer account, but you will not need the ID number of the control computer unless you plan to access that computer remotely as well.
2) Enter the ID number of the remote computer in the “Insert Partner ID” field at the top right of the window and click “Connect”.
